Having grown up within the general contracting business in New Jersey and after graduating school Paul spent the first years of focusing his career in developing, designing, building, staffing and opening restaurants throughout the United States as National Vice President of Business Development for an international restaurant company.
After leaving the restaurant industry and moving to Florida, Paul became involved in the paver industry and has been for the past 20+ years in Florida as well as throughout the country. Paul managed offices in California, Georgia, Massachusetts, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington State.
Gulfstream Hardscape & Pavers has been involved in many award-winning projects as well as jobs ranging in size from over one million feet to small additions and add-ons in residential remodeling and new construction.
Paul put emphasis on quality, value and professionalism and insists on quality, customer service and organization. He likes the challenges of new products and is active in the design phase working with Architects, Engineers and General Contractors and follows all projects through to completion.
Paul has been certified and involved with “ICPI” since becoming drawn into the hardscape business. Over the past years Paul has become versed with different techniques within the “Water Permeable” facet of hardscape, obtaining a certification in Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavers and getting his “Leed” green associate credentials. It has become evident that with water shortages and the dangers of chemical run-off into our gutters and waterways the entire hardscape industry has to make a change.
